A aluminum tube, externally wrapped with E-glass epoxy composite bodily with two layers and ply orientation of +/- 30°, +/- 45° and 0/90°, are used for countable element analysis. The speeds considered are 8mph, 15 mph and 30 mph. The angles of impression considered are 0°, 15°, and 30°. The analysis is carried out for divers permutations and combinations of the above mentioned parameters, and the results obtained are calculated and aims at optimum set of parameters for making the energy absorption of such mixture structures.
